About Mitzi

I am the wife of an amazing man, Wes, who also happens to be a real estate agent. We have two boys that are late elementary/junior high aged. They are wonderful boys who are very kind and giving. They love learning and going to school. We are blessed!

My husband and I met when we were both serving at a church. We got married in 2000. Which makes it easy to remember how long we have been married. We have continued the idea of serving throughout our marriage. We are the people who jump in and help, even when we aren't asked. I think we feel most comfortable when we are serving. We especially enjoying serving at our church.

One of my passions is the Latino culture. I grew up going to Mexico regularly to serve. I eventually took classes and learned Spanish. I had the opportunity to teach Spanish-speaking students, and learn more Spanish. I love being around Latino people, and I love speaking Spanish. I go to Mexico about once a year to do a service project. I believe that the Latino people are some of the most caring and giving people I have ever met.

My other passion coincides with real estate, it is staging. I started staging out of necessity when I had a listing that needed to be staged. I found that it was a great way for me to allow my creative side to show. I love making homes look beautiful! It is also a great excuse to go shopping, which I also adore.
